During my stay at the resort, the location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. I enjoyed the calmness of the poolside rooms, and the breakfast was quite good. However, I encountered issues with room cleanliness upon check-in, and the overall state of the hotel felt dated. Service was a mix of friendliness but also some unwelcoming experiences when checking in.
This hotel offers a pleasant stay with spacious rooms and a large pool area, perfect for relaxation. While the location is fantastic as it's close to Patong Beach and a mall, the dining experience left something to be desired, especially during breakfast. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay with good amenities, but some aspects feel outdated and need attention.
Our stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. On one hand, we enjoyed the spacious room with pool access, which felt like a personal retreat. The location was quiet yet conveniently close to the beach and shops, making it a comfortable escape. I had an amazing stay at The Patong Paragon during the Phuket Sandbox scheme. The staff were fantastic, helping me navigate the paperwork effortlessly. The hotel offers spacious suites, and I loved my room with direct pool access. The location is perfect, right on Patong beach, making it a great spot for relaxation. However, the dining atmosphere could be improved, as the restaurant felt a bit empty during my stay. Overall, it’s a great value for money considering the superb service and breakfast included.
My stay at the resort was genuinely enjoyable thanks to its great location across from the beach and spacious, clean rooms. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, providing prompt service when needed. However, the pool hours could be better enforced as there were times of noise that disrupted the experience. Overall, it was a good value for the money, but there is room for improvement.
