During my stay at the resort, the location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. I enjoyed the calmness of the poolside rooms, and the breakfast was quite good. However, I encountered issues with room cleanliness upon check-in, and the overall state of the hotel felt dated. Service was a mix of friendliness but also some unwelcoming experiences when checking in.
This hotel offers a pleasant stay with spacious rooms and a large pool area, perfect for relaxation. While the location is fantastic as it's close to Patong Beach and a mall, the dining experience left something to be desired, especially during breakfast. Overall, it's a decent place to stay with good amenities, but some aspects feel outdated and need attention.

I had an amazing stay at The Patong Paragon during the Phuket Sandbox scheme. The staff were fantastic, helping me navigate the paperwork effortlessly. The hotel offers spacious suites, and I loved my room with direct pool access. The location is perfect, right on Patong beach, making it a great spot for relaxation. However, the dining atmosphere could be improved, as the restaurant felt a bit empty during my stay. Overall, it's a great value for money considering the superb service and breakfast included.
